Please note we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Orders will be charged to your card account as they are received by our automated processing service, starting the order process. Out of stock items are usually shipped within 7 to 14 days. Please call us prior to placing your order if you require a specific delivery date. Once processed, the order will ship according to the type of delivery service you choose when placing your order. Example - United Parcel Service ground shipping will be delivered 5 to 7 days after it has shipped - Not 5 to 7 days after your order was placed. Etc. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will incur an additional $10.00 air fee. Due to the oversized nature of golf bag boxes, the following fixed pricing will be charged for all golf bag orders shipped within the United States. *Standard Ground - $25.00 *Express Second Day Air - $80.00 *Express Overnight Air - $110.00 All international orders will be quoted on an individual basis. International orders will be shipped using Fed-Ex International Economy service. Rates start around 65.00 for a single shoe size box (approximately 12"X 9"X 6" at 3lbs.) and will continue to vary based on weight and dimension of your order. Purchaser is responsible for taxes, duties or fee's your country may impose on the products being delivered. Please contact your local customs office if you need additional information regarding this. International orders which request shipping to an alternate address other than the billing address must have the alternate address listed with the issuing credit card company. This will be verified along with cardholder name, address and phone number. For items backordered for a period of 14 days or longer, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail with an expected ship date. Store credits or gift certificate amounts to be used will be reflected on your actual bill, but not the order confirmation. To redeem a store credit or gift certificate online simply indicate. " I have a store credit/gift certificate I wish to use " under the survey section of the checkout area and the credit amounts will be applied to your order. When redeeming a gift certificate, please include the four digit certificate number printed on upper right hand corner of the gift certificate as well as the hand written security number in the box indicated as "number". Gift Crtfiate purchases made in nd out of California will not be charged sales tax, although you order confirmation may show a tax amount included in the Total line. Order Cancellation Policies Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to the shipping of your order by sending us an email to info@ladygolf.com, by telephone, toll free to 888-215-5855, or fax 760-773-2144 Please provide the order number provided with your confirmation. Warranties Merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. We offer a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects. Please contact us by phone if you have any problems after 30 days and we will make every effort to resolve the problem. Return Policies All returns must be received by Lady Golf at 42-412 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage, CA. 92270 within 30 days from original date of delivery. Returns RECEIVED within 2 weeks from your original delivery date will be refunded to the original card, less shipping/handling costs. Please include a note with your return indicating if you prefer refund, credit or exchange. Detailed tracking information will be used to determine when an order was delivered and received as a return. Returns RECEIVED 2 weeks to 4 weeks after the original delivery date will count toward merchandise exchange or store credit only, less the shipping/handling costs. Returns are recommended through UPS, Fed-Ex or via the U.S. Postal Service Registered, so you may track the return. For protection against loss we recomend that you insure merchandise for it's full value. All merchandise must be in its original condition with original packaging, boxes, tags, etc. to qualify for return. STORE CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM THE INITIAL PURCHASE DATE AND GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE VALID FOR 1 YEAR BEFORE BECOMING NULL AND VOID. To redeem a store credit or gift certificate online simply indicate. Please note that Custom/Special Order Exotic Shoes and European Golf Bags can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
