General Policies

All merchandise listed on ladygolf.com refers to U. S. sizing and scales.

Your Credit Card will be charged when the order is received to start the order process.

If you have a Gift Certificate or Store Credit please indicate in the "Survey Section" on the checkout area that you would like to use these as a form of payment.

Promotional Lady Bucks Rewards Cards Valid For 6 Months From Date Of Issue And Redeemable For Merchandise And Services Only. No cash value and merchandise returns for refund will be deducted any Lady Bucks value received. Excludes exchanges.

Contact us toll-free at 1-888-215-5855 prior to placing any orders and we will happily advise you of the anticipated delivery dates for your selected merchandise if you require the order within a specific time frame.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes!
Lady Golf uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for all orders to a US Zip code and to Canada.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY:
Orders will be shipped according to the service selected when merchandise is ready for shipment.
Example: If standard ground service was chosen as the method for shipping, your order will generally deliver within 5 business days after your order has been shipped. Not after it was received.

PRIORITY SHIPPING:
Overnight and Second Day Air Shipments: Your order will deliver next business day or second business day accordingly after it has been shipped. Not after it was received. If your products are not in stock, you will be contacted by email and/or phone and we will advise when the products can be shipped for you.

IN STOCK:
Merchandise normally ships within 2 business days after your online order is placed.

OUT OF STOCK:
Merchandise backorders usually ship 10-14 days after the order was placed. Items backordered for more than 14 days: Lady Golf will notify the customer via e-mail or by phone with an expected ship date.

GOLF BAG BOXES:
Due to the oversized nature of Golf Bag boxes, fixed shipping charges apply to all shipments in the U.S.A. UPS Standard Ground: $25; UPS Second Day Air: $80; UPS Next Day Air $110.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Lady Golf will attempt to ship all international orders the most cost efficient way using the U.S. Postal Service for orders under $200 and United Parcel Service for all orders above $200 due to shipment insurance purposes.

Import Cost, Taxes, Duties etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

As a reference to our International customers: International United Parcel Service shipping rates start at approximately $95 U.S. for a single shoe size box with approximate dimensions of 12 inches X 9 inches X 6 inches at a weight of 4 pounds. These charges will increase based on added weight, overall dimensions and ultimate destination.

Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

Gift Boxing/Wrapping and Cards

Please note that Gift Boxing/Gift Wrapping is available on selected items for a charge $0.00 per item.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

Sales tax will not be charged on orders purchased outside of California.

There is no Sales Tax on the purchase of a Gift Card.

Order Cancellation Policies

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping by email only to info@ladygolf.com, by fax 760-773-2144 Please provide the order number provided with your order confirmation. Cancellations by telephone can not be accepted. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing refunds.

Warranties

LADY GOLF is committed to provide its customers with products of highest quality and value. All merchandise should be inspected carefully upon receipt. We offer a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects. Worn footwear will be repaired or replaced at the manufactures discretion. Please contact us by phone and we will make every effort to resolve any problem.

Return Policies

All returns must be sent back to Lady Golf's main business address:

REFUND/EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT may be requested for all merchandise received back at LADY GOLF within 14 days from the original day of delivery as long as it is new, unused, in its original packaging and with all product & price tags attached . If a refund is requested, it will be applied back to the original form of payment for the value of merchandise only, without shipping cost. Please allow three to four weeks for processing your refund.

EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only is available for qualified merchandise received back at LADY GOLF after the first 14 days and within 30 days from the original date of delivery.

The following products may NOT be returned:

1. Used merchandise 2. Items listed in the product description as FINAL SALE 3. Items listed in the product description as SPECIAL ORDER 4. Books/Videos/DVDs. 5. Footwear without original shoebox/packaging.

If shoes are being returned the actual shoe box can not be used as shipping box since this would damage the product's resale ability. PLEASE NOTE: EXOTIC SHOES can only be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY !

A $10 RESTOCKING FEE applies to all returns of WALTER GENUIN SHOES unless exchange is requested.

We recommend UPS, Fed-Ex or the U.S. Postal Service with package tracking/delivery confirmation. We also recommend that you insure your return since LADY GOLF is not responsible for any return packages which are lost or stolen during transit. Please insure your return packages accordingly.

STORE CREDITS MUST BE USED WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE.

To redeem a store credit or gift certificate online simply indicate. " I have a store credit/gift certificate I wish to use " under the survey section of the checkout area and the credit amounts will be applied to your order.

Store Privacy Policies

Our site is secure, however if you feel safer giving credit card information by phone, call us toll free at (888) 215-5855 or fax your order to (760) 773-2144. ladygolf.com does not share, sell or trade with third parties your Personal Information gathered online, such as email addresses, Personal Information collected as part of an online survey or other specific details about you. Lady Golf does not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such Personal Information. When you purchase products from our Stores, we may collect your name, address, email address, telephone number(s) and credit card information (with the expiration date).
